Total Health Mt Eden is a traditional health shop located on the corner of Dominion and Valley Roads in Mt Eden, Auckland. Owner and manager, John MacGilliivray, has trained and specialised in nutrition for the modern lifestyle. This includes having a working knowledge of many of the “latest breakthrough” dietary regimes. His passion though, is ensuring that customers have the correct supplementation for their current nutritional needs, and not taking unnecessary supplementation. John has been involved in the field for approximately 20 years.
